Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes, I am fully covered by "Protectivty" insurance, as well as insurance for travelling in the car, and have a full DBS check as well as being certified to level 3 pet first aid. I also have a level 3 qualification in canine health and nutrition and I am currently studying towards my level 5 advanced canine behaviour.

How many dogs can you walk at once?

I’m insured to walk 6 dogs at a time, however I tend to stick to between 3-4 dogs in group (including my own dog Buddy), it depends on size and temperament too and if the dogs are from the same household.

Can we meet you first?

Yes of course! In fact it’s a necessary part of the process for both me, you and your dog! It allows us to get to know each other a bit and go over the necessary paperwork required and let’s you ask any questions you have.

Where do you walk the dogs?

I go to a wide variety of walks with the dogs, depending on the groups preferences and abilities, as well as the weather. On group walks my dogs all tend to go off-lead, so a decent level of recall is required, and pawfit trackers can be provided. Solo walks can be on or off-lead depending on your dogs needs. We explore river walks, meadows, woods, heathland and more!

What will you do on a pet visit?

This all depends on yours and your dogs needs, so please feel free to enquire and I’m sure I’ll be able to help. I can let them out for toilet breaks, feed them and change the water, play with them, do some enrichment activities and have some cuddles.

Will my dog come back filthy?

I like to let the dogs enjoy themselves a when they’re out so they can get muddy, however I have a portable shower with warm water that I try and rinse them off with as best as possible and towel them off before return.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have an at the door cancellation policy where you will need to pay £5, but apart from that you can cancel at any time before hand.
